Watch: Japanese man spends €12,000 to go “walkies” as a collie dog

A Japanese man has spent more than €12,000 on a custom-made dog suit.

The man – only known as Toco – took his outfit for a walk.

More than five million people have watched the video on social media.

Toco hired Zeppet – a company renowned for its sculptures, models, and props for films – to run up the outfit.

It took 40 days to make.

Now Toco has gone “walkies” for the first time in a park and it was filmed by German television RTL.

Mr Toco said:

“Thankfully, I received permission to use the videos, so I am releasing them to the public!

“On the day of the interview, they were very kind to me.

“I made the costume a collie because it looks real when I put it on”.

“My favourite is quadrupedal animals, especially cute ones.

Among them, I thought that a big animal close to me would be good, considering that it would be a realistic model, so I decided to make it a dog.”

Mr Toco added:

“I’m

“I’m sad that some people can think that this is a fetish.

“I love animals and enjoy play-acting like a collie.”

“This is my hobby, so I will carry on.

“It makes me happy and other people happy, too.”

Mr Toco in an interview with Mirror revealed that he has been dreaming of transforming into a dog since he was a child.
